Up and Coming Female Leadership Conference

The Victoria Police Department, Victoria Fire Department, Victoria Office of Emergency Management and Victoria Police Foundation have partnered in 2023 to host the second Up-and-Coming Female Leadership Conference at the Victoria Community Center. The theme of that conference was “To Develop and Empower Young Women to be Leaders of Tomorrow.” Women leaders from each of the participating organizations collaborated to identify information that would benefit young women in high school as they transitioned into their next phase of life.

 The Up-and-Coming Female Leadership Conference committee is currently working on numerous speakers with varied experience to speak at the next conference scheduled for the Spring of 2026.

Topics that will be covered include resume building, job interview etiquette, career exploration, education needed to obtain a promising career, and social media management.

The announcement for the new dates will be finalized during the Fall of 2025.  The cost of the program and registration information will also be announced then.  Please check later for more details.
