2020 Public Service Agency & Public Facility Application Process

The City of Victoria has opened its 2020 Annual Action Plan: Public Service Agency and Public Facility Application Period. Those local non-profit public service agencies and public facilities are encouraged to apply for the CDBG funds available for Plan Year 2020. The application process has been changed for the upcoming 2020 Plan Year.

Submit Intent to Request

The City is asking those wishing to apply for funds to please submit an Intent to Request Funding to the Community Development Block Grant division by Friday, April 10, 2020 by 2 pm

Zoom Meetings

The CDBG division will hold a Zoom Meeting on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 2 pm for those agencies and facilities who submit a Intent to Request Funding. The official application period will be open from Monday, April 13, 2020 to Friday, May 1, 2020 at 4 pm.


Affordable Housing

The Mortgage Assistant Program helps those qualified low-to moderate-income first-time home buyers with up to $2,500 in down payment and/or closing cost.
