| Residents will know when they need information to resolve an issue or answer a question and will have the skills to search for, locate, evaluate, and effectively use information to meet their needs. |

Goal: All residents will have the skills and knowledge to evaluate and use tools effectively to access meaningful and relevant information.
Objectives for 2016
- New partnerships will be developed to assist residents in improving their information fluency skills.
- More residents will learn to use a computer or other technological device to meet their information needs.
- Users will evaluate library sponsored training sessions very good or excellent.
