Beginning in October of 2011, we launched our five year strategic plan following almost a year of planning and preparation. This first year had a steep learning curve as staff adjusted to changing work processes that no longer met our strategic plan priorities. We also had to adjust to new methods of tracking and monitoring our progress.

We now have an overview of our accomplishments and setbacks this first year, an overview of where we stand with regard to our data collection, statistical objectives and detail on our summer reading measures and survey.

Library eBooks are now available for Kindle devices.

We're excited to announce that our eBook collection is now compatible with the Amazon Kindle. eBooks can now be downloaded to a Kindle device or any mobile device running the free Kindle app. We are anticipating a high demand for eBooks and will continue to build the eBook collection, so keep checking back for more titles.
